Organic principles of OQM®
Once the process has been worked out, the quality and health of an organization can be developed taking into account six principles that originally stem from cybernetics, systems theory and ecology:

Michael Rathgeb

Michael Rathgeb is a communications scientist and theologian. He is a co-founder of OQM® International and advices small and mid-sized organizations in the areas of strategy and executive development. In addition to this he is a lecturer for Master Students at the DHBW Center for Advance Studies in Heilbronn, Germany.

Albert Brückmann

Albert Brückmann is a media computer scientist and digital marketing professional with many years of theological background. At OQM, he is a pioneer in digitalization and technology. He provides support for all technical inquiries.
